Kennedy rose a platform before a vast group assembled at Rice University in Houston, Texas, and arranged to give a discourse that would significantly shape the course of the United States endeavors over the accompanying decade. For sure, his discourse would stamp the start of a strong new time for mankind; a period of investigation and development in space.
